Corporate Relations Manager

We are looking for a Corporate Relations Manager to build and maintain relationships with European employers. You will be the bridge between our recruitment team and companies hiring foreign workers — negotiating terms, onboarding new employer partners, and ensuring smooth cooperation throughout the placement process. Key responsibilities: • Source and onboard new employer partners across Poland, Albania, Serbia, and other EU markets • Negotiate employment terms, salaries, and working conditions with employers • Maintain ongoing relationships with existing employer partners • Coordinate with internal recruitment teams to match candidates with employer needs • Conduct employer site visits and verify working conditions • Prepare and manage employer contracts and documentation • Track employer satisfaction and resolve any issues promptly • Report on partnership metrics and pipeline to management
