Terms & Conditions
Last updated: April 9, 2026
I. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the World Wide Services website (worldwideservice.eu) and the immigration consulting services provided by World Wide Services Sp. z o.o. ("WWS", "we", "us", "our").
By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
II. About Our Service
World Wide Services is an immigration consulting company. We consult and guide our clients through the work visa and seasonal permit process. Our role is to collect the client's information and documents, connect them with verified employers in Poland, Albania, Serbia, Ukraine, and other destination countries, and facilitate the preparation and submission of all necessary documentation so the client can complete the visa process.
Important: We are strictly a consulting and facilitation service. We do NOT sell visas, work permits, or employment. We do not make immigration decisions — those are made solely by government authorities. We do not employ our clients or guarantee job placement. Our service consists of professional consultation, employer matching, document coordination, and application support. We cannot and do not guarantee any specific outcome.
III. Eligibility
To use our services, you must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement. You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information in all communications and documents submitted to us.
Providing false or misleading information may result in immediate termination of our services without refund, and may have legal consequences in your home country or destination country.
IV. Service Process
Our standard service process consists of the following stages:
1. Free Consultation. We assess your eligibility and discuss available options at no cost.
2. Service Agreement. If you decide to proceed, we provide a written service contract detailing the scope, timeline, and fees before any payment is requested.
3. Payment. You make payment according to the agreed schedule via bank transfer, Wise, or cryptocurrency to our registered business accounts.
4. Document Preparation. We prepare, review, and compile all required documents for your application.
5. Application Processing. We submit your application to the relevant authorities and monitor its progress.
6. Post-Arrival Support. After arrival at your destination, we provide 90 days of support for settling in.
Timelines vary by destination country and individual circumstances. We provide realistic estimates during consultation.
V. Pricing and Payment
Current prices for our services are published on our Pricing page. Prices are quoted in Euros (EUR) and include our consultation and placement service fee.
Government visa and permit fees, flight tickets, accommodation costs, and personal living expenses are NOT included in our service fee and are your responsibility. These additional costs are clearly listed on our Pricing page.
All payments must be made to our registered business accounts. We never request payment to personal bank accounts, mobile money services, or cash apps. If anyone claims to represent WWS and requests payment through unofficial channels, this is fraud — please report it immediately.
VI. Refund and Cancellation
If your application is rejected due to an error within our control — such as incomplete documentation, incorrect submission, or employer-side issues — we will resubmit your application at no additional cost.
We do not provide monetary refunds for services rendered. Our fees cover the consultation, document preparation, and application management work performed on your behalf, regardless of the outcome.
If you wish to cancel before we begin processing your application, please contact us to discuss your options on a case-by-case basis.
For full details on refund eligibility, cancellation stages, withdrawal rights, and chargeback policy, please refer to our dedicated Refund & Cancellation Policy.
VII. Our Obligations
We commit to providing the following:
Verified Employers. We only work with employers who have been vetted and meet our standards for worker treatment, legal compliance, and employment conditions.
Professional Document Preparation. All documents are prepared, reviewed, and verified by our team before submission.
Regular Communication. Your assigned case manager will provide status updates via WhatsApp and email at every milestone of your application.
Post-Arrival Support. 90 days of support after you arrive at your destination.
Transparency. All fees, timelines, and processes are documented in writing before you commit to anything.
VIII. Your Obligations
As a client, you agree to:
Provide accurate and truthful personal information and documents.
Respond to requests for information or documents within reasonable timeframes.
Cooperate with our team throughout the application process.
Comply with all laws and regulations of both your home country and your destination country.
Not engage in any illegal activity or misrepresent your qualifications, work history, or personal circumstances.
Not share your portal login credentials with any third party.
IX. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WWS shall not be liable for:
Decisions made by government authorities regarding visa or work permit applications.
Travel disruptions, flight cancellations, or border control decisions outside our control.
Actions or conduct of employers after your placement.
Personal expenses, accommodation costs, or living expenses at your destination.
Loss of income or opportunities arising from processing delays caused by government authorities.
Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the specific service in question.
X. Intellectual Property
All content on the World Wide Services website — including text, images, graphics, logos, videos, and software — is the property of WWS or its licensors and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written consent.
XI. Account and Portal
If you create an account on our client or agent portal, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized use of your account.
XII. Termination
Either party may terminate the service relationship by providing written notice to the other party.
We reserve the right to terminate services immediately if you provide false information, engage in illegal activity, violate these Terms, or behave abusively toward our staff.
Upon termination, any fees already paid for work performed are non-refundable. We will provide you with any documents prepared on your behalf up to the point of termination.
XIII. Agents and Partners
WWS works with a network of local agents and partners who refer clients to our services. These agents are independent contractors, not employees or legal representatives of WWS.
Agents may assist you with initial consultation and document collection, but all application processing, employer matching, and permit management is handled directly by WWS staff.
WWS is not liable for promises, representations, or agreements made by agents that are not reflected in your written service contract with WWS. Your service contract with WWS is the only binding agreement.
If you believe an agent has misrepresented our services or engaged in fraudulent activity, please report it to info@worldwideservice.eu immediately.
XIV. Document Security and Handling
You entrust us with sensitive personal documents including passport scans, educational certificates, and employment records. We take this responsibility seriously.
All documents are stored in encrypted form within the European Union. Access is restricted to personnel directly involved in your case. We maintain audit logs of all document access.
After your service engagement concludes, your documents are retained for 5 years for legal compliance and potential future services (such as permit renewals). You may request earlier deletion by contacting us.
We are not responsible for documents that are incomplete, expired, forged, or otherwise invalid when submitted by you.
XV. Force Majeure
WWS shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
Changes in immigration laws, regulations, or government policies.
War, civil unrest, natural disasters, pandemics, or public health emergencies.
Government actions including embassy closures, travel bans, or processing suspensions.
Failure of third-party systems including government application portals, airline systems, or communication networks.
In the event of force majeure, we will notify you promptly and work with you to find alternative solutions where possible.
XVI. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless WWS, its officers, employees, agents, and partners from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
Your provision of false, misleading, or fraudulent information or documents.
Your violation of these Terms or applicable laws.
Your illegal conduct in your home country or destination country.
Any dispute between you and your employer that is not related to services provided by WWS.
XVII. Anti-Fraud Notice
The recruitment industry is targeted by scammers. WWS takes fraud prevention seriously. Please be aware:
We NEVER request payment to personal bank accounts, mobile money, or cash apps. All payments go to registered business accounts only.
We ALWAYS provide a written service contract before requesting any payment.
Our official contact channels are listed on our website. If someone contacts you claiming to represent WWS through unofficial channels, verify with us directly.
For detailed guidance on identifying recruitment scams and verifying our legitimacy, visit our Anti-Fraud Policy and Scam Warning page.
XVIII. Right of Withdrawal
Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), if you are a consumer engaging our services at a distance, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days of signing the Service Agreement, without giving any reason.
For full details on the withdrawal process, model withdrawal form, and exceptions, please refer to our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
XIX. Online Dispute Resolution
In accordance with EU Regulation No 524/2013, the European Commission provides an Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform for consumers who wish to resolve disputes arising from online transactions without going to court.
The ODR platform is available at: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
Our email address for ODR purposes is: info@worldwideservice.eu
We encourage resolving disputes amicably through direct communication before using the ODR platform or pursuing legal proceedings.
XX. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Poland.
Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms or our services shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Szczecin, Poland.
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable law.
XXI. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from these Terms. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
