Obtaining a residence
permit 5 main stages:

STEP 1

This is probably the most important point, because the complexity of the process will depend on your choice. If the main purpose of obtaining a residence permit in Europe is unhindered tourism or buying a car, then it is more advisable to choose Latvia or Greece. And if an EU country is being considered for acquiring the status of a second homeland (moving for permanent residence), then it is worth thinking carefully and weighing all the pros and cons.

STEP 2

The second stage involves concluding a contract, discussing deadlines and resolving legal formalities.

STEP 3

Preparation of documents. At this stage, it is necessary to visit the country in which you plan to obtain a residence permit. If this is not possible, we are ready to help in drawing up a power of attorney that resolves these issues remotely.

STEP 4

Personal submission of documents to the consulate of the selected country. You can minimize the problems associated with this (waste of money, time, energy) by contacting us for help, and we will be able to send documents on your behalf under a notarized power of attorney.

STEP 5

Issuance of a residence permit. This document may be in the form of a plastic card or a regular sticker in a valid foreign passport.
